2.8 Attendance

2.8.1 Absences & Leave

If you need to take time off for any reason, you must follow the company's leave request procedure. This may include requesting time off through the HR department or an electronic system, as applicable.

Types of leave available to employees may include vacation leave, sick leave, family and medical leave, and other approved leave types. Details about these types of leave can be found in the relevant sections of this handbook.

2.8.2 Remote Work Attendance

For employees working remotely, maintaining regular attendance and adhering to the established work schedule is equally important. Remote employees should remain accessible during their work hours.

2.8.3 Reporting Absences

If you are unable to attend work due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, you must notify your manager or supervisor as soon as possible, preferably before your scheduled start time.

2.8.4 Consequences of Attendance Issues

Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential aspects of employment at our Company. Frequent or unexcused absences or tardiness may result in disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
