2.17 Employee personnel files

Personnel files are the Company's property. Access to information they contain is restricted. Management personnel who have a legitimate reason to review the file are allowed to. To review their own files employees should contact their supervisor.

With reasonable notice, employees may review their personnel file in the company’s office and in the presence of their supervisor.
