2.7 Work hours

We value flexibility and recognize that our employees have diverse needs when it comes to their work hours. This policy outlines our approach to flexible work hours while ensuring that we maintain productivity and effective collaboration.

Our company is is open from 08:00 until 18:00 Monday to Friday, except for holidays.

2.7.1 Full-Time Employment

Employees in full-time positions are expected to work a standard 40-hour workweek.

2.7.2 Flexible Work Hours

We offer flexibility in work hours to accommodate the individual needs of our employees. This flexibility is designed to help employees achieve a work-life balance that works for them, while also ensuring that business operations run smoothly.

Flexible work hours are available for full-time employees and are subject to approval by their manager. Employees should discuss and agree upon specific flexible work arrangements with their manager.

2.7.3 Core Hours

To ensure effective communication and collaboration, we establish "core hours" during which all employees are expected to be available for meetings, discussions, and collaboration. The core hours are currently set from 10:00 to 15:00.

2.7.4 Accountability

While we value flexibility, employees are expected to meet their job responsibilities and performance goals.

Accountability for achieving work goals remains a priority, and any concerns related to performance will be addressed in accordance with company policies.

2.7.5 Overtime & Compensation

If an employee works additional hours beyond their agreed-upon flexible work hours, they may be eligible for overtime pay or compensatory time off, in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
