2.4 Non-discrimination
2.4.1 Policy statement

Managers and supervisors are further responsible for addressing any complaints promptly and effectively and taking appropriate action to prevent and correct discriminatory behavior.
2.4.4 Reporting discrimination / harassment
Employees who believe they have experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment in the workplace should report it promptly to their immediate supervisor or any designated reporting channel provided by the company. Our Company will investigate all complaints promptly, impartially, and confidentially to the extent possible.
2.4.5 Consequences of violation
Violations of this Equal Employment Opportunity policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, for individuals found responsible for discriminatory or harassing behavior.
