1.3 Definitions of employee status

An “employee” is a person who regularly works on a wage or salary basis. “Employees” may include exempt, nonexempt, temporary, regular full-time, regular part-time employees, and other employees who are subject to the control and supervision of the Company in the performance of their duties.
